What happens at the margins of black and white? What happens if “black” and “white” don’t really exist! What is the result when the binary really is more of a matrix: the complete whole of all things?
We live in a matrix of life. When something penetrates [sorry for the phallic "metaphor in action" there] one’s life, the matrix expands and broadens into matrices. This is the process of life: I touch you but in the process of touching you, you touch me, and we touch many things in one’s life. This is the difficulty of binaries!
Did I mention that I’m buying a VW van and going to float down the river: el Rio Bravo! Now, that is life–ain’t no binary there–only a border!
