Thinking about the pedagogies of crossing, I am quickly reminded of the following quote:

Found in Borderlands/LaFrontera, Gloria Anzaldúa, provides an astute statement regarding the absence of space and/or cultures, for women and queers. This statement, however, begins to paves a way to begin thinking of the genealogy of feminist space and the architecture of the politics of space!My eyes are looking for new space…..my heart yearns for new space…
