So, we’re back from shopping, including getting our tree! We ended joining our good friends for some good coffee consumption at the local Starbucks right after we laid down some loot at Crate and Barrel. We got to talking about the epistemological1 principles of 19th century violence. I wonder if this is something that I should begin to consider as I prepare for doctoral work? Especially the epistemology of violence around the border…? Or, it was just a good conversation?
