I don’t so much celebrate state holidays, Thanksgiving being on of them, but I do enjoy a good shalom/fellowship meal w/ friends and family! And, today is that kind of day! Today, however, we do not have Ashley & Dave with us, so our table, though full of food, has 2 empty chairs. They will be missed this year, but hopefully we will be back together next year–the 6 of us!
There are many things for which I am grateful. And in the spirit of being grateful, I celebrate simplicity and love today over a veggie pot pie!
